• In addition to the regular payment purchaser shall be responsible for any expenditures associated with collection of sums due under this invoice including but not limited to attorneys'/court and bank fees.

• The Tool Store nor officers or owners are not reponsible for time/money lost due to defective or breakdown of tools and equipment.

• The Tool Store nor officers or owners are libel or responsible for death or injury due to use or misuse or breakdown of any or all tools and equipment.

• Any and all claims of damaged or non-working merchandise must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.

• No merchandise can be returned after 7 days and must have sales slip for credit/refund or repair.

• Item warranties become void if item (any of the following may apply):
  is dropped/cracked, has cutting blades or moving parts which become stripped or threaded or worn from misuse (either forceful or improper), has cords are pulled or cut, is dismantled for any reason other than immediate safety, is misused either forcefully or improperly or in an abusive fashion, is used for any purpose considered to be beyond normal use or capacity of item.

• Returned items may be subject to a 20% restock charge.

• All items pricing and shipping are due to item condition and availability.

• All shipping charges are paid by purchaser unless otherwise noted by seller.

• All orders (where shipping is requested) are shipped via U.P.S. or by Truck.

• All payments made by credit card, check, or money order are to be made payable to The Tool Store.

• ANY CANCELLED/RETURN PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $20 CHARGE.

• Policies and Terms of Sale may be changed/altered by the Tool Store without notification where Tool Store deems necessary.
